At Miora.store, we ensure premium quality and authenticity of our handcrafted jewellery. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the following condition:

If the product received is damaged, broken, or incorrect:

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory.
• The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags and certificates.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable.
• Miora.store reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
