2. Products & Pricing

  • All products listed are made with 925 sterling silver and fall under luxury and premium gifting categories.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon successful payment via our secure payment gateway.

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and select wallet options.

  • Miora.store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspicious activity, pricing error, unavailability).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer PAN-India shipping, including express and standard delivery options.

  • Estimated delivery time will be mentioned during checkout but may vary based on location and circumstances.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At Miora.store, we uphold the quality and authenticity of our handcrafted luxury silver jewellery and gifting products. As such, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests, except under the following specific condition:

  • If the product received is broken, damaged, or incorrect, you may raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear and unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened for the first time is mandatory for any claim to be considered.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition along with all packaging, tags, and certificates (if any).

  • Once approved, the eligible refund (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Products that are custom-made, engraved, or specially manufactured to order are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Miora.store reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Miora.store (including images, logos, designs, text, videos) is the exclusive property of Corestaff or its licensors.

  • Reproduction, copying, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Post or transmit any harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
