At Miora, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in crafting high-quality 925 Sterling Silver jewellery and want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging, tags, bill/invoice, and authenticity card
  • Customised, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable

Not Eligible For Return:

  • If product has been damaged, altered, or worn
  • If return request is raised after 7 days from delivery
  • Items bought during clearance sales, offers, or gift cards

💸 Refund Process

Once the returned product passes our quality check:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account (details required via email or form)

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Prefer an exchange over refund? No problem!

  • You may choose an exchange with any product of equal or higher value
  • Difference (if any) must be paid in advance

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Free return pickup available in select pin codes
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product to our address. Please share the tracking details with us.
  • Return address will be provided via email upon request approval

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share product images
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps
