✅ Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging, tags, bill/invoice, and authenticity card
- Customised, engraved, or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable
Not Eligible For Return:
- If product has been damaged, altered, or worn
- If return request is raised after 7 days from delivery
- Items bought during clearance sales, offers, or gift cards
💸 Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality check:
- Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
- For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account (details required via email or form)
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🔄 Exchange Option
Prefer an exchange over refund? No problem!
- You may choose an exchange with any product of equal or higher value
- Difference (if any) must be paid in advance
🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
- Free return pickup available in select pin codes
- If pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product to our address. Please share the tracking details with us.
- Return address will be provided via email upon request approval

- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and share product images
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps
